IT Consortium approached us to develop a new visual identity for TransFlow, their flagship financial technology product. Our task was to create a logo that reflects the seamless connectivity and efficiency that TransFlow brings to the payments ecosystem.

About TransFlow

In the complex and rapidly evolving landscape of African finance, the need for a seamless and efficient payment system is more critical than ever. Fragmented payment systems across Africa often lead to inefficiencies, delays, and increased costs for financial transactions. Merchants and customers face hurdles in making and receiving payments smoothly, while financial institutions struggle to integrate various payment methods into a cohesive system.TransFlow by IT Consortium addresses this challenge by providing an end-to-end aggregator platform that bridges the gap between financial institutions, mobile money operators, merchants, and their customers. TransFlow is currently the single largest aggregation platform in Ghana, averaging transactional values of approximately USD 5 Million a month.

The Approach

ThirdLaw designed a distinctive logo that embodies the product's core essence. The logo features a spherical globe, that represents the comprehensive reach of TransFlow's payment ecosystem. A directional arrow cutting through the globe speaks to the brand’s promise of a seamless transfer and integration of payments. Additionally, two crossing stripes of lines at the base of the sphere highlight the connectivity and backend support provided by TransFlow. The identity was created using IT Consortium's branding colors: pacific blue, classic blue, and slate gray. These colors were chosen to maintain brand consistency and convey a sense of trust, stability, and technological advancement.
