About Node 8

Node 8, formerly known as Ho Node Hub, is a digital innovation company dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa. Since its founding in 2017, Node 8 has served as a hub for innovators, investors, startups, and entrepreneurs, providing a safe space and inclusive community for building ventures that solve African problems.

The Approach

ThirdLaw developed a new visual identity for Node 8 that embodies its commitment to innovation and future readiness. The logo features a bright neon red-orange and yellow color scheme, with the number eight symbol incorporating a detached middle point to represent the letter 'O' in "Node." This symbolizes Node 8's location or address in the digital "metaverse," highlighting its position as a leader in digital innovation. The clean typeface and vibrant colors reflect the brand's evolution and forward-thinking approach. The visual identity extends the concept of innovation and future focus, presenting a design that is both innovative and future-focused, ensuring Node 8 remains at the forefront of digital innovation and new beginnings in Africa.
